Paul Godin - Chairman of the Board of Directors
Paul has always been at the forefront of leading edge technology. As Chairman and CEO of Bid.com from 1995 to 2002, he led the first Canadian company to conduct a secure credit card transaction over the Internet and successfully introduced Canada to its first "online auction" website. Bid.com became part of the prestigious TSE 300 and became the first Canadian e-commerce firm to be listed on NASDAQ. In addition, in 1999 Paul and the company were granted US patent #5,890,138 for the computerized auction system's development. The company received many distinctions including multiple Canadian Information Technology Awards and Paul was personally nominated for Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year in 1999.

Previous to founding Bid.com Paul was Vice President of Alpine Canada and General Manager of Casio Canada, where he spent a total of 11 years leading these Japanese electronics firms. He traveled to Japan, China and Korea, on their behalf, while fortifying his appreciation for many cultures, customs and business practices. Most recently Paul was EcoWater Canada's President (A Marmon Water/Berkshire Hathaway Company) and Senior Vice President of EcoWater Systems USA, where he received one of his proudest honors -- the first-ever "Sears Canada: Green Marketer of the Year" award (2010).

With a successful track record in hiring, team development and leadership, Paul believes that companies need to understand their core competencies and growth opportunities as part of any strategic direction. Developing and executing the right messages as part of the corporate vision are essential to long-term growth and brand building. To this end he has developed "Business at Light Speed", a strategic planning model being used today by a number of Canadian companies.

An in-demand speaker, Paul believes in contributing back to make a difference locally and globally. He does his best personally and professionally to add value wherever possible. He is a generous supporter of many charitable organizations, creating educational programs and fundraising initiatives.

T. Christopher Bulger - Chairman of the Audit Committee
Mr. Bulger provides financial and management consulting to a number of companies, including: Flint Business Acceleration, a transformation catalyst for entrepreneurial organizations; Zeno Global Limited, a revolutionary out of home advertising medium; and Megawheels Technologies Inc., a software and solutions provider to the online classified advertising industry. From December 1999 to December 2001, Mr. Bulger was President and Chief Executive Officer of eLab Technology Ventures Inc., a top quartile performing e-commerce venture capital fund. Mr. Bulger served as Executive Vice President of the Corporation from September 1998 to December 1999 and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation from April 1996 to September 1998. He was a partner with HDL Capital Corporation, a Toronto-based merchant bank which specializes in the venture capital sector from 1993 until 1999. Mr. Bulger is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA from the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD).

Dr. Amit Monga
Dr. Monga is CEO of the company and is a highly respected thought leader in business circles in North America on new technologies, software trends and business models and brings a unique background in technology and capital markets to Northcore. He currently serves on the boards of Poynt Corporation and Sprylogics International. He is a successful angel investor who has previously worked as an investment banker, venture capitalist and has founded a US based on-demand procurement software company that was acquired by a NASDAQ-listed company. Dr. Monga received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, specializing in advanced genetic algorithms, where he currently serves as a Member of Dean's Business Advisory Council at the Alberta School of Business.

Jim Moskos
Mr. Moskos is COO of the company and has spent more than 20 years in the management, development, delivery and deployment of large scale, mission-critical, information technology solutions for a wide array of clients. Mr. Moskos was a recipient of the 1996 and 1998 Canadian Information Productivity Award from Canadian Business Magazine, the 1995 Smithsonian Innovator Award for Information Technology and the 1995 Government Technology Achievement Award. He is also a two-time recipient of the Deputy Minister's Outstanding Achievement Award.

Marvin Igelman
Mr. Igelman was founder and CEO of Unomobi, a mobile advertising and messaging firm, before the company was acquired by Poynt Corporation. Prior to Unomobi, he was President and CEO of Brandera which operated Portfolios.com a leading online B2B marketplace for the graphic arts and creative community. Mr. Igelman is considered to be an innovator in the social, mobile, media and search technology fields having authored numerous patent applications. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1986 and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 1988.

Ryan Deslippe
Mr. Deslippe co-founded Selectcore in 1999 as President and led its successful growth over the past decade to revenues in excess of CDN $100 million, ranking the company as one of the fastest growing firms in Canada between the period 2006 to 2010. At Selectcore, he led the development and launch of its Iridium MasterCard and ReCash - two industry first products in Canada. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Deslippe also co-founded and was a director of Datazinc, a successful 6 Sigma consulting firm. He was the recipient of the 2006 Profit 100 Magazine Young President Award. Mr. Deslippe is a past Board member of various non-profit organizations.
